Easy Ride Airport Services provides a rapid and reliable Airport Transfer service which specializes in catering for airport taxi transfers to and from all Hotels and Hostels in Downtown San Jose area.

We are a fully licensed tourist transportation company, who provide a rapid and reliable airport transfer service, as well as other private hire journeys to Jaco, Arenal, Manuel Antonio, Puerto Viejo, Dominical, Uvita, Ojochal, and others places in Costa Rica. Airport chauffeur driven cars are available from us 24 hours a day. In addition, our offices are manned 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, so you won't have any trouble trying to contact us for any queries or bookings. The airport, Costa Rica's primary airport, is located in Alajuela about 20 km west of downtown San José. The airport, serves about 1.7 million people each year, a great number of them tourists from Canada, Europe and the United States.

After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the Payphones near the Arrivals Main Exit . The driver will be holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger's name.

Cancelations

To cancel your reservation please call (506) 8812-4012

No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation for services is made within 48 hours prior to the start time of the service, after a cancellation fee of 100% is applied .

However, rare, Easy Ride Shuttle Services reserves the right to cancel any reservation and fully refund any deposit and cannot be held liable.

Circumstances that can cause the cancellation of a reservation are as follows:

A. Clients endanger themselves or the driver, excessive inappropriate behaviour, verbal or physical abuse of the driver or other passengers, non payment, damage caused by client to any property of Easy Ride Shuttle Services. Cancellations caused by any or all of the foregoing does not relieve the client from full payment of services.

B. Mechanical problems. In the event that our vehicle experiences mechanical problems due to breakdown or accident, the reservation will be cancelled by Easy Ride Shuttle Services and the portion of the service that cannot be completed will be refunded. Avanti reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make alternate arrangements in the event of a mechanical problem or accident to complete the trip.

 

Lost & Found

Sometimes things get lost or left behind.

Our "Lost and Found" department can be reached at: + 506 2253-4444, between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Central Standard Time, Monday to Saturday.

Easy Ride Airport Services is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to retrieve anything left behind.

9. Do I have to book my Easy Ride Shuttle transfer?
Yes. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend you book your Easy Ride Shuttle transfer at least 12 hours in advance. We can accept bookings up to 2 hours prior to the pick up time however we require a phone booking to be able to confirm and coordinate this service.

10. Do I have to pay for my luggage items?
The shared ride price includes up to 2 pieces of standard luggage. Extra lugagge add $5 per piece.

11. Can I hire the Easy Ride Shuttle just for me and my family / friends / staff / work colleagues?

18. How much time will I need to allow to travel to the airport.
When you book online our Easy Ride Shuttle reservations system calculates the your pickup time. In order to do this we need to know your flight departure time and whether your flight is a domestic or international departure. This allows us to calculate your travel time to the airport so that you arrive at the required report time for your flight.

19. Is my information secure when I pay online?

20. Can I take my dog or cat on a Easy RideShuttle?
Yes. There are one option for you. If you wish to travel with your pet in the vehicle, you must pay for the exclusive use of the vehicle your pet must travel in its cage.
